Maybe F. Loree? I don't know. If there was a higher quality video, or if I had the players name. I'm guessing a top brand, like Fox (Renard), F. Loree, Bulgheroni, or Patricola? I play clarinet so I don't really know what professional oboits' prefer. Hoped this helped somewhat.

Circular breathing is where you, while playing, breathe in through your nose then out your mouth (or into the instrument)without inhaling. I can't really explain it because I can't do it.
