The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), is a proposed U.S. federal law that would prohibit discrimination against employees on the basis of sexual orientation. One version of the bill includes gender identity. Nowhere would this protect serial killers. Unless you fired them for being queer, instead of firing them for being a serial killer. And FYI, some states already cover sexual orientation and gender identity.As for being free, GLBT people are still harassed and restricted openly.
